Questions parents usually ask.

Yes. The offline batch is planned at NewGen IEDC, University of Kashmir, Hazratbal, Srinagar. The program is designed for school students from Class 6–12 and keeps the learning environment guided, age-appropriate, and parent-friendly.
Students will be guided by professionals and mentors from NIT Srinagar and GMC Srinagar, along with the Koshur Scientist team. The focus will be practical learning, team guidance, project thinking, confidence, and career exposure.
The goal is not to make students experts in 7 days. The goal is to give them a real starting point: how to spot a problem, think like a builder, use AI tools sensibly, work in a team, and present a solution with confidence.
Students will be given basic real-life problems that are easy to understand and relevant to their age. In teams, they will choose a direction, research the problem, use AI tools, prepare a simple solution, and present it on Demo Day.
No prior coding knowledge is required. The bootcamp is designed around problem-solving, AI tools, idea building, teamwork, and presentation. Students who already know some coding can use it, but it is not compulsory.
The online batch runs live from 6 PM–9 PM across the same 7 days. It is real-time, interactive, and not just a recording. Online students will still build their solution and prepare a Demo Day submission.
No. The mental strength sessions are educational and age-appropriate. They focus on confidence, self-awareness, emotional regulation, handling pressure, communication, and leadership. They are not clinical diagnosis or therapy.
Yes. Chinar Spark students can get free access to selected Koshur Scientist certification courses such as drone making, AI, public speaking, and other skill-based courses, depending on availability.
Yes. Demo Day is designed as a student showcase where teams present their projects in front of parents and a judging panel, followed by certificate distribution.
Students should bring a notebook and pen. A laptop or tablet is helpful if available, but the exact device requirement can be confirmed on WhatsApp before the batch begins.
If a student has attended any part of the bootcamp, there will be no refund. If the student has not attended any part of the bootcamp, all fees will be refunded except the payment gateway deduction fee.
