About the role
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Business Development Executive who can support the growth and day-to-day functioning of Koshur Scientist.

The candidate will work mostly online, but should be available for office visits and in-person work whenever required.
Office location: NewGen IEDC, University of Kashmir, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir
Compensation
Up to ₹30,000/month
₹15,000 Fixed + Up to ₹15,000 Variable / Performance-Based Incentives
What you will do
- Business development and sales
- Lead generation and consistent lead follow-ups
- Customer support and customer relationship management
- Basic business operations
- Communicating with prospective customers
- Communicating with schools, coaching institutes, educational institutions, parents, students, and other potential partners
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Maintaining lead and customer records
- Supporting the team in achieving monthly sales and growth targets
- Assisting with basic operational and coordination tasks whenever required
Preferred candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has good communication skills
- Is comfortable speaking with new people over calls and in meetings
- Is comfortable with sales and business development
- Can handle follow-ups consistently
- Is proactive and responsible
- Can work independently
- Is comfortable working in a startup environment
- Can manage basic customer support
- Is comfortable with performance-based incentives and sales targets
- Can work in a hybrid setup
- Is preferably based in Kashmir or available to visit Srinagar when required
Experience
Freshers as well as candidates with previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, Operations, EdTech, Education, or startup environments can apply.
